At Remington, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Banquet Captain to join our team. As a Banquet Captain, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of events and functions at our hotel.

• Event Setup: Coordinate with the event planning team to ensure all necessary equipment and supplies are available for each event.
• Staff Management: Supervise and train banquet staff to ensure they are providing exceptional service to our guests.
• Food and Beverage: Inspect food quality and presentation before serving, and communicate with the kitchen staff to ensure all requests and needs are met.
• Communication: Maintain open communication with the event planning team, kitchen staff, and other departments to ensure seamless execution of events.
