About the Role:

The Chief Information Security Officer will play a crucial role in executing all security-related functions, ensuring compliance with DoD TS/SCI regulations, and maintaining a secure environment for our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement physical, industrial, information, personnel, and cyber security measures to safeguard sensitive information.
  • Manage special access programs, insider threat programs, and security education/training awareness initiatives.
  • Oversee day-to-day administrative security support, including tracking memoranda of agreements, transition plans, co-utilization agreements, classifications guides, and other security documentation.
  • Conduct annual facility security self-reviews and provide corrective action plans as necessary.
  • Maintain an electronic database for program facilities and personnel.
  • Expertise in Security Information Management Systems (SIMS) software application is highly desired.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as a security specialist.
  • 2+ years of experience using Microsoft Office application suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Project).

Clearance Requirements:

  • This position requires U.S. Citizenship and an active DoD TS/SCI clearance.
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph is essential.

Location: Springfield, VA

Salary: Estimated $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
