Job Description:

The Senior Civil Designer position involves supervising project drawing production, mentoring CAD technicians, and overseeing outside consultants. You will work closely with project managers to develop strategies for efficient project delivery and ensure quality and quantity standards are met.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise project drawing production and ensure quality and quantity standards are met.
  • Mentor and train CAD technicians to improve efficiency and knowledge.
  • Oversee outside consultants for CAD and graphics services.
  • Manage project directories and ensure accurate record-keeping.

Qualifications:

">
  • Associates degree in Computer Aided Drafting or related field from an accredited college or equivalent experience considered sufficient to address the demands of the position.
  • Minimum 12 years experience in CAD with increasing responsibility.
  • Civil 3D experience required.
  • Minimum of 3 years supervision of staff and project production experience.

The estimated salary range for this position is $90,000 - $120,000.
