Job Title: Registered Nurse - Oncology

Mass General Brigham is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Oncology team in Belmont, Massachusetts.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in our Oncology department. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering evidence-based care, collaborating with the healthcare team, and promoting patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Document patient information accurately and thoroughly in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Massachusetts.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Experience in Oncology nursing preferred.
