Job Title: Material Program Manager

Raytheon Technologies (RTX) is seeking a highly skilled Material Program Manager to join our Advanced Technology Strategic Business Unit (AT SBU) team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing material program plans and supplier management plans to support our Next Generation Sensors programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute material program plans and supplier management plans
  • Support all program, SBU, and company-level financial requirements
  • Manage material budgets and report out via EACs on supported programs
  • Plan and execute sourcing decisions and support the Make/Buy/Where process
  • Assist with the generation of Supplier Statements of Work (SSOWs)
  • Generate Supplier Request for Information/Proposals/Quotes (RFIs/RFPs/RFQs) and obtain and understand supplier proposals/quotes
  • Generate and process Supplier New Add/Re-Activation requests
  • Drive Purchase Requisition generation & Purchase Order placement/management
  • Participate in supplier engagements and reviews to ensure supplier performance
Requirements:
  • University degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance is required
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in business administration, finance, supply chain management, or a related field
  • Earned Value (EV) certified
  • Experience with Prime Contract Requirements and Statements of Work (SOWs)
  • Experience with Supply Chain, Production Control, and/or Procurement processes and requirements
  • Experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to support complex product development efforts
  • Active and transferable U.S. government-issued TOP SECRET security clearance
