We are seeking a skilled Welding Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in a similar role within the high-tech manufacturing industry, with a focus on high purity piping inspection.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct weld inspections and witnessing
• Review project material requirements and verify conformance to project requirements
• Perform off-site inspections at subcontractor manufacturing facilities
• Review Procedure Qualification Records (PQRs) and Welding Procedure Specifications (WPSs)
• Submit detailed inspection reports
• Carry out visual inspections of quality
• Witness and document pressure tests and flushing activities
• Witness non-destructive testing and provide detailed reports
• Attend project coordination meetings and QA/QC meetings

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role within the high-tech manufacturing industry
• High purity piping inspection experience
• Current AWS certifications desired
• CWI's and NDT Level II's highly encouraged to apply
