Job Summary

Adventist Health is seeking a skilled CT Technologist to join our team in Tillamook, Oregon. As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for operating computed tomography equipment to produce high-quality images of patients' bones, organs, and tissue. Your expertise will be essential in diagnosing medical conditions and providing accurate imaging results.

Responsibilities
  • Operate computed tomography equipment to produce high-quality images of patients' bones, organs, and tissue.
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients ranging in age from adolescence through geriatric.
  • Produce sagittal and coronal reformatted images for radiologist interpretation.
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and billing information, ensuring the integrity of patient medical images and data while adhering to HIPAA and other patient confidentiality guidelines and regulations.
  • Perform routine maintenance and calibration of equipment and manage supply inventory.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology: Preferred
  • Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists: R.T. (R)(CT)(ARRT) OR R.T. (R)(ARRT): Required
  • Advanced Certification in the modality of CT: Required in OR and HI, Preferred in CA
  • Basic Life Support (BLS OR HS-BLS OR RQIBLS) certification: Required
  • Fluoroscopy license in state of employment: Preferred in CA and OR
  • Venipuncture certification: Preferred in CA and OR
  • ARRT-Radiography (ARRT-R) or ARRT-Computed Tomography (ARRT-CT): Required
  • Computed Tomography (CT): Required
