Xanitos is seeking dedicated 3rd Shift Full-Time Environmental Service Hospital Housekeepers.

Job Summary:

The Environmental Service Hospital Housekeepers may be assigned to various locations within the healthcare facility. This role involves maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various areas of the healthcare campus. The primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Dust and polish lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim.
  • Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms, and other work areas.
  • Sweep and/or vacuum floors.
  • Dust furniture and equipment.
  • Polish metal surfaces.
  • Wash walls, ceilings, woodwork, windows, door panels, and sills.
  • Empty wastebaskets and transport trash to disposal areas.
  • Restock bathroom supplies.
  • Move small equipment or tools between departments.
Qualifications:
  • Applicants must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as a condition of employment.
  • Experience in the cleaning industry is preferred.
  • Medical cleaning experience is a plus.
  • Post-offer medical, background screening, and drug testing are required.
  • FLU vaccine is mandatory.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
