Job Summary

This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of water distribution and treatment systems, including system operation and maintenance, supervising staff, and interacting with clients and the public.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain water distribution and treatment systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Supervise and direct supporting staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
  • Interact with clients and the public, providing excellent customer service and resolving issues.
  • Develop and implement plans to improve system efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent, or three to five years of related experience and/or training.
  • Seven or more years of experience in a similar field, or a combination of experience and additional licensing.
  • Full Status Grade 2 (D-2) Drinking Water License, strongly preferred.
  • Cross Connection Surveying and testing certification, or ability to obtain within six months of employment.
  • Computer experience required.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and DOT physical.
  • Valid unrestricted Driver's License.
  • OSHA 10 certification, provided by the company.
