RN - Respiratory Cardiac Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Cardiac Care Nurse to join our team at Providence Portland Medical Center. As a Cardiac Care Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in our Respiratory Cardiac Care Unit.
About the RoleThis is a 0.9 FTE, night shift position (7pm-7:30am, 3, 12 hour shifts per week) with rotating weekends. You will work closely with a team of highly skilled nurses and CNAs to provide exceptional care to our patients.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients with respiratory illnesses and thoracic surgeries
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Monitor and report patient progress to the healthcare team
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest cardiac care practices

To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- 1 year of nursing experience
