Position Summary

The Evening Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations within the warehouse. This includes managing the loading and unloading of delivery pallets containing beverage products into and out of transport vehicles. The supervisor will also coordinate the movement of materials and trailers within the warehouse and storage area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise evening operations from Monday to Friday, typically from 11:00 a.m. until the end of the shift (usually between 6:30 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. depending on order volume).
  • Assign nightly cleaning tasks to warehouse staff to maintain a tidy and organized shipping area.
  • Oversee daily shipping and receiving activities, which include unloading trucks, verifying shipments against documentation, checking for discrepancies, and rejecting any damaged items.
  • Direct merchandise to the appropriate departments or loading zones.
  • Conduct inspections of products and equipment to ensure compliance with sanitation regulations and company standards.
  • Engage in safety initiatives and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Qualifications

Requirements: To be successful in this role, candidates must demonstrate the ability to perform essential duties effectively. Education and Experience: A high school diploma is preferred, along with at least one year of experience operating forklifts and maneuvering trailers in a storage environment. A commercial driver's license (CDL) is not necessary.
