Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Biomedical Technician to join our team at Providence Clinical Network. As a key member of our clinical support team, you will be responsible for providing advanced technical support and training to clinical departments in the area of biomedical equipment repair and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide repair, scheduled maintenance, and safety testing on medical equipment
  • Work closely with clinical departments to assist in development of processes/procedures relative to clinical use of technologies
  • Assume responsibility for the operation of biomedical equipment and provide technical support to clinical staff
  • Collaborate with other technical staff to ensure seamless operation of biomedical equipment
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in biomedical equipment technology and apply this knowledge to improve our services
Requirements
  • Associate's Degree in Biomedical Equipment Technology or Electronics Technology
  • Applicable military training
  • Biomedical Technician certification (upon hire)
  • 8 years experience in repair of biomedical equipment
