Job Summary

Piedmont HealthCare is seeking a skilled Computed Tomography Technologist to join our team on a PRN basis, working days. As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic Computerized Tomographic examinations under the guidance of a supervising Radiologist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct diagnostic CT examinations in accordance with prescribed standards and protocols.
  • Provide patient care to all age groups, including neonatal, pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of patient examinations and procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest imaging technologies and techniques to provide high-quality patient care.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an AMA-approved Radiologic Technology program.
  • A minimum of one year of experience as a Radiologic Technologist, or registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (CT).
  • Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (R) if less than one year of experience as a Radiologic Technologist.
  • Advanced certification by ARRT in CT is preferred.
  • BLS certification is required.
  • Six months of experience as a CT Technologist is preferred.
