Job Description: As a Premises Management Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of a large federal building in the Washington, DC metro area. This is an onsite position that requires a strong team leader with experience managing maintenance, custodial, and building services teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage diverse teams including engineers, technicians, custodians, and support staff
  • Direct scheduling and completion of preventive maintenance, repairs, and project work
  • Ensure compliance with contract requirements, federal and jurisdictional codes, and performance standards
  • Conduct staff training and quality inspections

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12 years of O&M/CFM facility management experience with at least 8 years in a project management or supervisory role
  • Experience managing CMMS systems for facility assets, PM schedules, and work orders
  • Google Drive and Microsoft Office proficiency
  • OSHA 30 Training and working experience with NFPA, EPA, and OSHA codes
  • Valid driver's license and ability to pass pre-employment screens

Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience
