New Graduate Nurse Opportunity at St. Mary's Health Care System

We are seeking highly motivated and compassionate New Graduate Nurses to join our team at St. Mary's Health Care System. As a Nurse Extern II, you will have the opportunity to work in various nursing opportunities, including Neuroscience, Orthopedics, Med/Surg, Emergency Department, Critical Care, and Progressive Care Unit.
Responsibilities- Participate in the delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
- Assist in coordinating the patient's interdisciplinary plan of care.
- Provide patient and family teaching, utilizing an age-specific developmental approach.
- Maintain standards of professional nursing practice and collaborate with the healthcare team in promoting quality care.
- May also perform Unit Secretary or Clinical Technician duties.
- Successful completion of an Associate or Bachelor's RN Diploma from an accredited school of nursing program.
- Pass the Georgia State Board RN License.
- BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
