About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Full-time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to join our team at Mondelez International. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for merchandising Nabisco products in stores, maintaining inventory levels, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent Mondelez International in stores, building strong relationships with customers and in-store employees.
  • Merchandise Nabisco products, ensuring they are displayed and stocked correctly.
  • Order and restock products as needed, using our proprietary ordering system.
  • Collaborate with sales representatives to optimize product visibility and create engaging displays.
  • Ensure all Nabisco products are well-represented and maintained in stores, adhering to company guidelines.
  • Communicate effectively with store managers and our management team to resolve any issues.
  • Follow a daily schedule to ensure efficient in-store service and meet sales targets.
  • Contribute to seasonal sales, display, and new product launches.

Requirements
  • Be at least 18 years old, have a valid driver's license, and proof of auto insurance.
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Positive and professional attitude, self-motivation, and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to drive a personal vehicle to various store locations, with mileage reimbursement.
  • Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced environment, meeting physical demands such as lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs.
  • Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus.
  • Live within 25-35 miles of the primary location: Canandaigua, NY.
  • Secondary locations: Victor, Newark, NY.
  • Schedule availability required: Mon, Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat.
