Job Summary:
Medical City Healthcare is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) team in Fort Worth, Texas. As a Registered Nurse in our NICU, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care to critically ill newborns and their families.

Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care to critically ill newborns and their families
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
Conduct thorough assessments of patients and identify areas for improvement
Develop and implement educational programs for patients and families
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes

Requirements:
Associate's degree in nursing required; BSN preferred
Minimum of one year level III NICU experience preferred
Registered Nurse license eligible to practice in the State of Texas required
Current BLS issued from HCA approved vendor required
NRP required from an HCA approved vendor
S.T.A.B.L.E. course must be taken within 6 months of hire, if no evidence of previous attendance
