We are seeking a highly skilled Rehabilitation Specialist with expertise in physical therapy to join our team at Intermountain Health.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position working 30 hours per week. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills, as well as the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Evaluate patients and diagnose their conditions, creating treatment plans to alleviate pain and improve mobility">
  • Provide education and training to patients and their caregivers, promoting effective rehabilitation and independence">
  • Consult, educate, and train patients and their caregivers on appropriate selection/use of adaptive equipment and support programs">
  • Determine patients' ability to be independent and reintegrate into the workplace or community after injury or illness">
  • Promote mission, vision, and values of Intermountain Health, and abide by service behavior standards">
  • Perform other duties as assigned">

Minimum Qualifications:

  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school is required">
  • Current/valid state Physical Therapist licensure is required Basic Life Support (BLS) is required">
  • One (1) year related experience (preferably in a clinic setting) is required">
  • Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy is preferred Advanced Care Life Support (ACLS) is preferred">
