We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Nurse Coordinator RN Emergency Room to join our team at Research Medical Center. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our emergency department.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with admission and discharge processes to optimize patient flow and ensure timely care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans.
- Support staff development and education to promote excellence in nursing practice.
- Manage staff scheduling and labor to meet patient care needs and productivity standards.
Requirements
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification required within 30 days of hire.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required within 30 days of hire.
- Registered Nurse diploma or degree required.
- Advanced Trauma Care for Nurses or Trauma Nursing Core Course certification required within 30 days of hire.
- Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course or Pediatric Advanced Life Support certification required within 30 days of hire.
