Electrical Engineer - Power Distribution

Bayer is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team in the Power Distribution department. As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing electrical distribution systems for our industrial facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop electrical distribution systems for industrial facilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure electrical systems meet safety and regulatory standards
  • Develop and implement electrical infrastructure projects to improve efficiency and reliability
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, including NFPA 70E
  • Provide technical guidance and support to maintenance personnel on electrical distribution systems
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in electrical power distribution, maintenance, and engineering
  • Experience with DC/AC voltage up to 13.2kV
  • Working knowledge of National Electrical Code (NFPA 70 and 70E)
  • Experienced in reliability centered maintenance and engineering
