Job Title: Tire & Lube Tech

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Tire & Lube Tech to join our team at Big O Tires. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest level of vehicle maintenance and repair.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct diagnostic procedures to identify vehicle issues and recommend repairs.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for customer and company purposes.
  • Ensure a clean and safe working environment.
  • Test drive vehicles after repairs to ensure mechanical soundness.
  • Communicate with customers to explain vehicle conditions and provide estimates.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in automotive repair or maintenance.
  • ASE certification (preferred).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
