About the Position

The Client Service Associate plays a critical role in supporting the Relationship Manager in delivering exceptional client service. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced sales environment.

Responsibilities

  1. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events
  2. Prepare and complete insurance underwriting duties, including multi-life and individual disability applications
  3. Follow up with clients and Relationship Managers during the underwriting process
  4. Participate in case management calls with the New Business Team
  5. Process policy changes, reinstatements, and face amount reductions
  6. Coordinate tasks and responsibilities for joint work
  7. Provide superior client service by identifying client needs and acting on them
  8. Interact with insurance carriers and vendors to ensure proper execution of client service requests

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required; College Degree preferred
  • 1-3 years of Customer Service experience; 3-5 years of industry experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
