Amentum is seeking a highly experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our aircraft maintenance operations.
Key Responsibilities- Quality Assurance and Safety Programs: Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance and safety programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Aircraft Quality Inspections: Conduct regular quality inspections of aircraft maintenance operations to identify and address any quality or safety issues.
- Corrective Action: Develop and implement corrective action plans to address any quality or safety issues identified during inspections.
- Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to maintenance personnel to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs safely and effectively.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all maintenance operations are in compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Communication: Communicate with maintenance personnel, management, and other stakeholders to ensure that quality and safety issues are addressed in a timely and effective manner.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a Business or Management discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years' experience in quality assurance, safety, and compliance, with at least 2 years' experience in a management role.
- Skills: Proven leadership and management ability, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications: Top-Secret clearance and a favorable Tier 5 background investigation.
- Rotary Wing Aircraft Experience: Experience working with rotary wing aircraft, such as the S-92, VH-92A, VH-3D, and VH-60N.
