About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our team at Hireio, Inc. as an AI Researcher. In this role, you will be responsible for researching and applying large-scale models to drive innovation and growth in our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Large-Scale Model Development: Explore and develop large-scale language models and optimize enterprise applications to extreme levels.
  • Data Construction and Model Optimization: Construct and tune data, align preferences, and optimize models for maximum performance.
  • Application Implementation: Implement relevant applications, including content generation, reasoning, and code generation.
  • Collaboration and Research: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce and apply new science to responsibly develop and deploy large language models.
  • Future Research Directions: Conduct in-depth research and exploration of more usage scenarios in future life.
Requirements
  • Technical Expertise: Excellent coding ability, data structures, and fundamental algorithm skills, with proficiency in C/C++ or Python. Experience in competitions such as ACM/ICPC, NOI/IOI, Top Coder, Kaggle, etc. is preferred.
  • Domain Knowledge: Experience in one or more of the following areas: NLP, Ranking, Ads, search engine, recommender system, distributed system, and machine learning.
  • Algorithmic Knowledge: Familiarity with NLP, RESUME-related algorithms, technologies, and large-scale model training and RL algorithms is preferred.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem analysis and solving skills, with the ability to deeply solve problems in large-scale model training and application.
  • Communication Skills: Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explore new technologies with the team and promote technological progress.
