Job Summary

Aequor Technologies is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at a skilled nursing facility in Seattle, WA. This 13-week contract offers a unique opportunity to work with patients and provide high-quality care in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing individualized therapy plans, and providing treatments to improve mobility, strength, and overall functional ability. You will work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and achieve optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Assess patient physical abilities and develop individualized therapy plans
  • Provide physical therapy treatments to improve mobility, strength, and functional ability
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and achieve optimal outcomes
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, treatments, and progress
Requirements
  • Current Physical Therapist license in good standing
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a skilled nursing facility or similar setting
  • Strong knowledge of rehabilitation techniques, therapy equipment, and treatment planning in a long-term care environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Estimated Salary
