Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warranty Technician Assistant to join our Home Service division. As a Warranty Technician Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support for their home warranty needs.
Key Responsibilities- Manage warranty and home service processes for assigned homes to ensure timely completion while meeting financial, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction goals.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with subcontractors and vendors to ensure high-quality work and timely completion of repairs.
- Enforce site safety programs and ensure compliance with company standards and applicable safety codes and regulations.
- Provide clear answers to customers about repair processes, track and oversee repairs, and follow up with customers upon completion.
- Utilize expertise to help with repairs, ensuring the overall condition of the home is satisfactory for the homeowner.
- Provide a superior level of customer service during all phases of repairs.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Quick learner with a desire to learn and grow in the homebuilding industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and computer skills.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Customer service-oriented with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
