Overview

PhoenixProConnect, LLC is partnering with a prominent real estate firm to seek a Compliance Director. This role is pivotal in managing the compliance framework within the organization, ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements, particularly those relevant to investment advisers registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Reporting directly to the General Counsel, you will assess compliance risks, implement necessary corrective measures, and facilitate compliance training for staff.


Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate and execute strategies to guarantee organizational compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Work alongside the General Counsel to create compliance testing and auditing protocols.
  • Identify areas of compliance risk and implement remedial actions.
  • Investigate claims of illegal or unethical behavior, ensuring appropriate responses to any violations.
  • Act as the company representative during audits by external regulatory bodies.
  • Oversee the creation and delivery of compliance training programs.


Qualifications and Experience
