Kennel Associate

Big Oaks Kennel is a dynamic and fast-paced environment that requires individuals who are dedicated, flexible, and passionate about animal care.

The successful candidate will work in our kennel department, ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our canine guests. This role involves feeding, medicating, grooming, and cleaning up after our guests, as well as maintaining a clean and safe environment.

We are seeking an individual with excellent customer service skills, who is comfortable handling all breeds, temperaments, and sizes of dogs. The ideal candidate will be able to squat, bend, kneel, and stand for long periods of time, and be able to lift 50 pounds.

Salary: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour PLUS TIPS

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• High school or equivalent (Required)
• Paid kennel experience: 1 year (Preferred)
