Insolvency Analyst Position
As a key player in the field of corporate recovery, this role offers an exciting opportunity to join a prestigious firm based in the Cayman Islands. The position of Insolvency Analyst involves supporting management in the execution of critical investigations and analyses related to corporate recovery, forensic work, and insolvency assignments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist management by conducting thorough case work on corporate recovery initiatives, including local and international insolvencies, liquidations, restructurings, and financial investigations.
  • Provide litigation support and ensure all activities are conducted with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Demonstrate a client-focused approach while applying a solid understanding of insolvency principles and corporate recovery strategies.
  • Exercise sound judgment and foresight in decision-making, manage uncertainties, and develop structured processes to achieve engagement objectives.
  • Prioritize tasks effectively with minimal supervision, ensuring timely completion of projects.

Qualifications:
  • A recognized qualification in insolvency, accounting, or law from an accredited institution.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in court-supervised insolvency and restructuring cases.
  • Proven knowledge of insolvency frameworks and corporate recovery methodologies.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to apply theoretical knowledge practically.
  • Strong report writing and time management abilities, with a track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong work ethic.

For candidates with over 5 years of experience, there is potential for advancement to a managerial role.
