Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic sales professional with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, staying up-to-date on product knowledge, and navigating complex sales scenarios. Key responsibilities include:
- Presenting high-end vehicles to customers in a compelling and informative manner that drives prompt sales and fosters ongoing relationships.
- Conducting vehicle test drives while adhering to safety protocols and demonstrating products features, capabilities, and accessories.
- Developing and maintaining accurate sales documentation, ensuring seamless transactions and efficient operations.
- Maintaining an owner follow-up system to encourage repeat business, referrals, and high CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) ratings.
To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should possess:
- A strong educational foundation, preferably a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven sales experience, with a proven track record of success in any industry.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain composure under pressure.
- Excellent customer service skills, including empathy, active listening, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- A confident and outgoing personality, with a professional appearance and demeanor.
