The LPN Visit Nurse plays a vital role in direct nursing care within the patient's home environment.

About the Job

You will work under the guidance of an RN Case Manager, completing patient visits as needed and participating in the implementation and oversight of nursing and home health aide services.

Nursing skills may include phlebotomy, wound care, catheter care, medication management, and patient education.

You will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced caregivers, meet new people, gain new skills, and utilize up-to-date technology.
