We are currently seeking a Retail Sales Associate who will bring creativity, originality, and leadership to our team. We highly value individuals who are passionate and motivated to advance our fashion narrative while respecting the rich history of our brand.

The primary focus of this position is to manage and execute effective retail strategies while overseeing store operations to enhance financial performance and uphold brand integrity.

Sales Associates will engage in a variety of tasks including customer interaction, sales, merchandising, and overall store management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Embrace and represent the heritage and legacy of Levi Strauss & Co.
  • Exhibit comprehensive product knowledge.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all patrons by utilizing The 3C's of Success: Connect, Consult & Close.
  • Meet or exceed daily store and individual sales goals.
  • Follow established procedures for cash handling.
  • Adhere to safety, security, and loss prevention protocols.
  • Assist stock associates with product replenishment and security tagging as needed.
  • Support merchandise pricing efforts when required.
  • Maintain store presentation in accordance with Levi's visual standards and cleanliness guidelines.
  • Ensure efficient and accurate replenishment of the sales floor through RFID inventory processes.
  • Possess basic technological proficiency, including familiarity with iOS and basic troubleshooting of devices.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Flexible availability to meet business needs, including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, along with prolonged standing, walking, squatting, and bending.
  • Preferred prior experience in customer service for at least one year.
  • High school diploma or GED is preferred.
  • Exhibit qualities such as being Structured, Organized, Methodical, Consistent, and Adaptable.
