Job Summary

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Caregivers at Platinum Communities.

As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality personal care and services to our residents, supporting their physical, emotional, social, mental, and spiritual wellbeing.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and services to residents, including assistance with daily living activities
  • Support residents in maintaining their independence and autonomy
  • Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Must be at least 16 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior caregiver experience working in a CBRF/RCAC environment preferred
  • Ability to read, speak, and write in English
  • Flexible and available to work beyond regularly scheduled hours, as well as weekends and holidays as needed
  • Must have or be willing to obtain CBRF/RCAC certifications as needed
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Excellent communication skills
