About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires a Master's Degree in Family Nurse Practitioner program with current National Board Certification and State of Employment license to practice in the Advanced Practice Nurse role. You will be responsible for providing primary and family evidenced-based care, including accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health problems, health counseling, and disposition planning for our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide holistic, evidenced-based care to patients, including education and treatment for pregnancy prevention, STI prevention, and safer sex practices.
  • Order and administer immunizations and injections, including COVID-19, influenza, TB, and Depo.
  • Provide evidence-based patient/parent vaccine counseling.
  • Complete administrative duties, including opening/closing the clinic, inventory, patient follow-up, verifying insurance, and collecting payment.
  • Be responsible for handling patient appointments and performing routine examinations to ensure positive patient health outcomes.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Family Nurse Practitioner program with current National Board Certification and State of Employment license to practice in the Advanced Practice Nurse role.
  • Two years of medically relevant experience or equivalent.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, including performing CPR and operating an Automated External Defibrillator (AED).
  • Ability to be proficient in both speaking and writing in additional languages, including Spanish.
