Job Summary:

Luby's is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishwasher Utility to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in our kitchen and dining areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and pots to ensure a clean and hygienic environment for our customers.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas, including sweeping and mopping floors, and disposing of trash and recyclables.
  • Assist with food preparation and plating to ensure a high-quality dining experience for our customers.
  • Follow safety and sanitation guidelines to prevent accidents and maintain a healthy work environment.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects, such as pots and pans.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
