About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Nursing Specialist to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tele healthcare and be able to provide exceptional patient care.
Job Summary:
The Tele Nurse will work closely with our clients to deliver high-quality patient care services remotely. This is a great opportunity for a skilled nurse to make a difference in the lives of our patients while working in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate and individualized patient care via phone or video consultations.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions and outcomes.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A current nursing license and a minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMRs) and other relevant software systems.
