About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect to drive our IT strategies for Loyalty and Monetization, integrating technology with customer engagement. As a key member of our team, you will take the lead in guiding our loyalty programs and ensuring that our IT systems are strategically aligned to support our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire IT teams in the areas of Architecture, Solution Delivery, and IT Service Delivery to develop and establish a high-performing and service-driven culture.
  • Challenge the status quo and drive changes to improve business performance and productivity.
  • Develop and manage an architecture governance process to ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory aspects of all projects.
  • Define and manage architecture IT roadmaps for the supply chain domain in line with the IT strategy and overarching Enterprise Architecture roadmap.
  • Stay abreast of innovations and technology trends within our industry and understand the impact on our organization.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in computer science, technical field, Technology, and/or Business-related field.
  • 8 or more years of equivalent experience in relevant job or field of technology.
  • 6 or more years of experience in a technical capacity or leading teams in systems design, programming, data management, integration, etc.
  • Agile Methodology and/or Scrum, Consultancy Skills, Agile Architecture, ArchiMate, Business Case for Architects.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate conceptual and strategic thinking into practical solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Postgraduate degree advanced training and/or certifications in relevant fields of study.
  • 5 or more years' experience in Agile teams and Product/Platform-based operating models.
  • 5 or more years' experience in leading teams or advancing technical capability in teams.
  • Experience in retail or grocery preferred.
