Your Key Accountabilities

- Documentation and Care Delivery: Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters, adhering to regulatory requirements and agency policies, while delivering high-quality care that meets regulatory standards.
- Quality: Ensure that patients meet home health eligibility guidelines, accurately determine primary focus of care, and submit accurate documentation to support quality care and service excellence.
- Teamwork: Demonstrate a positive attitude, punctuality, and active participation in meetings, case conferences, and orientation activities.
Requirements
- Current RN licensure in good standing in the state of practice.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
