Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and positive team player to join our Waffle House team as a Server/Wait Staff. This role involves taking orders, delivering hot food, answering phones, cleaning, adhering to safety rules and regulations, and performing end of shift duties.

About the Job
As a Server/Wait Staff at Waffle House, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. You will also be expected to work effectively as part of a team to meet sales and productivity goals.

Responsibilities
• Take orders from customers in a friendly and efficient manner
• Deliver hot food and beverages to customers in a timely manner
• Answer phones and respond to customer inquiries
• Clean and maintain the dining area and kitchen
• Adhere to safety rules and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries
• Perform end of shift duties, including closing procedures and inventory checks
• Work effectively as part of a team to meet sales and productivity goals

Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1-2 years of previous food service experience preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds
