About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at TE Connectivity. As a key member of our Quality Organization, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of quality in our products and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, document, and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Lead by example and foster a culture of continuous improvement, driving the adoption of lean principles and structured problem-solving techniques.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive business performance and improve product and process quality.
  • Develop and deploy effective AQL procedures and quality inspection processes to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a timely and qualitative manner.
  • Act as a GIDEP representative for the Wire & Cable Group and participate in the ADM QPL Committee to refine process excellence related to QPL Compliance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or quality discipline, with a graduate degree preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of quality management experience in a discrete manufacturing company, with familiarity with Aerospace products markets a plus.
  • 5 years of global leadership experience is a plus.
  • Experience in highly regulated industries and a deep understanding of the TE ADM business unit and the Relay & Contactors Plant Groups.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, technical writing skills, and the ability to understand and apply technical information.
  • Fluency in English, with foreign language skills a plus (Spanish preferred).

Compensation
  • Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $126,568 - $189,852 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
  • Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
