T-Mobile is seeking an experienced and passionate T-Mobile Premium Retail Leader to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Sales Associates and driving sales growth in one of our premium retail stores.

Your primary objective will be to deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive sales growth, and maintain high levels of employee engagement. You will lead by example, demonstrating a strong understanding of T-Mobile's products and services, as well as a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, manage budgets, and lead high-performing teams. If you are a motivated and ambitious individual with a passion for retail management, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of Sales Associates to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback to ensure employees are meeting their full potential.
  • Maintain high levels of employee engagement and retention through effective communication and leadership.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 year of retail management experience, preferably in the wireless industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Knowledge of T-Mobile's products and services is preferred but not required.
