Maintenance Lead Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Lead to join our team at Corken Steel Products. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and maintenance facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs, replacements, and installations
  • Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems to identify issues and implement solutions
  • Collaborate with facilities and maintenance managers to prioritize and schedule maintenance activities
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including daily truck logs and equipment maintenance schedules
  • Travel to other branches as needed to support maintenance activities
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Valid driver's license
  • Pass an EPA test
  • Proven experience as a maintenance worker or similar position, preferably in a warehouse setting
  • Basic working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
  • Experience working with tools, including hand and electrical tools
