California State Licensed Vocational Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team at the Substance Abuse Treatment Facility in Corcoran, California.
Job SummaryAs an LVN with the State of California, you will provide direct and indirect patient care to inmate/patients under the supervision of the Supervising Registered Nurse II. Your role will involve collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care services as assigned by the SRN II.
- Conduct health assessments and implement nursing interventions as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A valid and active license from the State of California to practice as a Licensed Vocational Nurse.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to providing exceptional patient care and promoting positive outcomes.
