Pediatric Critical Care Nurse Specialist

**Job Overview:**
Children's National Hospital - AH is seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our pediatric critical care team. As a member of our team, you will provide exceptional care to critically ill children in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
**Salary Information:**
We offer a competitive salary of $3,888.00 per week, ensuring that our nurses are fairly compensated for their expertise and hard work.
**Job Description:**
In this role, you will work within a critical care float pool, covering NICU, PICU, and CVPICU units. You will be responsible for providing patient care that meets the highest standards of quality and safety, while also participating in a rotating schedule that requires every other weekend and holiday work.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 2 years of recent PICU or CVPICU experience.
- A valid state license, with pending licenses accepted with conditions.
- Certifications in BLS and PALS.
- The ability to manage patient ratios typically between 1:1 or 1:2, with potential for 1:3 in NICU.
