As a neurology ambulatory care pharmacist, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and advancing the field of neurology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with various neurologic disorders, including migraine, epilepsy, multiple sclerosis, and Parkinson's Disease.
  • Collaborate with neurologists and other healthcare professionals to manage patient care and optimize medication regimens.
  • Precept pharmacy students and PGY1 residents in a clinical setting.
  • Participate in transitions of care activities and population health management initiatives.
Requirements
  • Doctor of pharmacy degree from an accredited school of pharmacy.
  • California Pharmacist license.
  • Completion of a PGY-1 pharmacy residency program or 3 years of experience in an ambulatory care setting.
  • Three letters of recommendation and a letter of intent.
