This position is ideal for individuals with prior construction experience who are eager to enhance their expertise in a specialized and expanding industry.


Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the application of Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF) for residential construction.
  • Collaborate with team members to accomplish construction objectives, including setting up forms, placing rebar, pouring concrete, and finishing surfaces.
  • Ensure all tasks are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with the highest quality standards.
  • Adhere to project specifications, plans, and directives from supervisors.
  • Utilize basic construction tools and equipment as necessary.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized work environment.
  • Travel to various job locations as required.
  • Work outdoors in diverse weather conditions, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently.
  • Arrive at work punctually and prepared, maintaining a strong attendance record.
  • Exercise caution when handling equipment and materials.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Some experience in construction is required, ideally in concrete or framing.
  • Willingness to learn and work with Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF).
  • Ability to interpret and follow blueprints and construction plans is a plus.
  • Strong work ethic and dedication to quality craftsmanship.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative team setting.
  • Must be open to travel and outdoor work.
  • Valid driver's license and dependable transportation are essential.
  • Proficiency in utilizing tools and equipment for installations.
  • Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
