Job Summary

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Room, including assessment, treatment, and education
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
Requirements
  • Current PA RN License or Practice Permit
  • BLS required, ACLS and PALS must be completed prior to the end of orientation period
