Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Medical Care Specialist to provide exceptional patient care at Stevens Park Health & Rehab. This role is ideal for individuals who possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personal grooming and hygiene assistance to patients, ensuring their comfort and dignity.
  • Support with oral, denture, skin care, and bathing, dressing, and bathroom needs.
  • Assist patients with mobility, including transfers from bed to wheelchair using proper transfer belts.
  • Take vital signs and record information accurately.
  • Escort patients to dining areas for meals and assist with feeding if needed.
  • Document patient information regarding health, I&O, medical condition changes, and care provided.
  • Participate in admissions, discharges, and transfers as requested.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant from the State of Georgia is required.

The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $33,280 - $37,440 based on a 40-hour workweek and 52 weeks per year.
