We are currently seeking exceptional candidates for the role of Assurance Staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Exhibit professionalism and competence in client environments. Maintain a strong client focus, respond promptly to client requests, and cultivate productive working relationships with client personnel. Stay updated on current business and economic developments relevant to the client's operations.
- Contribute ideas and opinions to audit teams while being receptive to the perspectives of fellow team members.
- Leverage technology to continuously learn, share knowledge with colleagues, and enhance service delivery.
- Identify potential opportunities and present ideas to apply Mitchell Titus' knowledge and services effectively.
To qualify, candidates must:
- Maintain a minimum overall GPA of 3.0 at the time of application and uphold this standard upon graduation and starting with the firm.
- Be pursuing or possess an undergraduate or graduate degree in accounting, or a degree with sufficient coursework to achieve CPA certification upon passing the examinations.
- Be actively preparing to take the CPA examination.
- Possess strong Excel skills and familiarity with CCH Audit Software (preferred).
- Exhibit advanced written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to teamwork.
- Show integrity within a professional environment.
