Job Overview

The Warehouse Material Handler is a critical role within our Coca-Cola Consolidated team, responsible for the efficient and accurate fulfillment of customer orders. Key Responsibilities:
  • Retrieve and stack product quantities as specified on the pick ticket/computer screen, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Travel throughout the warehouse to collect and transport pallets of product to different areas, utilizing a powered industrial truck (PIT) or pallet jack.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to safety protocols and company expectations.
  • Perform daily PIT checklists and report any issues to warehouse management.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless warehouse operations and meet minimum expectations in safety, accuracy, and efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced atmosphere, walking and repetitively lifting up to 30 pounds.
  • Capacity to lift up to 75 pounds and navigate a noisy, non-climate-controlled environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to adapt to changing work areas and priorities.
  • Basic computer skills and attention to detail, with the ability to read and interpret instructions from a computer screen.
  • PIT certification: Pallet Jack (preferred).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Up to 12 months of work experience in a warehouse or related environment.
